Moulding Wood Picture Rail

Wooden mouldings are a stylish and traditional way to enhance the appearance and character of any interior space. Our range includes decorative wooden mouldings such as picture rails, dado rails, skirting boards, architraves, and coving, designed to complement both classic and modern interiors.

Available in Pine and Redwood (a premium type of pine), these mouldings can be left with a natural wood finish or painted to match wall colours and interior décor. Rails can easily be cut to custom sizes and fixed onto walls using adhesive, nails, or screw fixings.

In addition to decorative mouldings, we also supply a complete picture hanging system for hanging framed pictures, mirrors, unframed boards, artwork, and photographs using clear nylon cables, steel cables, or heavy-duty 4 mm square steel crook rods.

This flexible hanging system allows pictures to be moved left, right, up, or down without repeatedly drilling holes or damaging walls. Multiple pictures can also be displayed vertically on the same cable by sliding additional hooks onto the wire.

3 Simple Steps to Hang Pictures from Wooden Mouldings

Step 1
Attach a moulding hook onto the wooden picture rail, dado rail, skirting, or moulding.

Step 2
Suspend a clear nylon cable, steel cable, or steel rod from the moulding hook.

Step 3
Slide the adjustable picture hook onto the cable or rod and hang the picture securely. Additional hooks can be added to the same cable to display multiple pictures vertically.

For heavy-duty applications, moulding crook rods can hook directly onto the rail without the need for separate moulding hooks, providing extra strength and stability for larger artwork and mirrors.
