For wider shelves you need to add more ceiling cable in the middle. 

If the wall is sufficiently strong, each shelf may hold up to 20KG of divided weight.

The Best option for those who didn't prefer Glass shelf.

Ceiling to floor shelf system is made out of wooden shelves with steel wire or rope supports and brass support.

You may set the distance between two shelves while hanging them one over the other.
